Refund policy

Please note that live plants, flower bulbs and other perishable goods are classified as products that may deteriorate quickly.

Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these items. They cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

For all other products (e.g. tools, fertilizers, gloves), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

You must clearly notify us by email at info@littus.se within this period.

Failure to collect your parcel does not count as a valid cancellation.

Returned goods must be sent within 14 days after you notify us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the goods are properly packaged and in original condition.

We do not accept packages sent COD or unclaimed parcels.

Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your purchase.

If the product has been used or handled excessively, a value deduction may apply.

Refunds may be withheld until the goods have been received or you provide proof of return shipment.
